Job Title: HVAC Service Tech (Residential and light commercial) (Luxury Homes) This is a full-time position with options for overtime Pay Rate up to $45/hr based on experience A mid career level role with an opportunity for growth & advancement Benefits: Medical Dental Vision FSA and health reimbursement 401K Retirement plans Employee Stock Ownership PTO Paid Holidays Company provided Short & Long term Disability & AD&D Insurance Vehicle & gas card About the Role: Mid-career HVAC Residential Service Tech enthusiastic team player, who likes working with their hands, troubleshooting & fixing problems in a luxury or high-end residential environment (geothermal experience is helpful) with occasional light commercial work needed. This is an HVAC/ R Tech position, perfect for someone who is looking to grow and work with a stable growing company with growth opportunities in Hancock. Responsibilities: Servicing and installing HVAC Geothermal equipment for high-end residential customers in their homes Excellent customer service, and ability to Troubleshoot, installing & repairing water & heat pumps & Green Energy equipment to make and keep customers happy. Experience with green energy or geothermal water-to-water heat pumps, or water-to-air heat pump Furnaces, boilers, splits, mini splits, RTU’s (some commercial work may be required) Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems. Obtain any replacement parts, and calibrate systems to manufacturer's recommendations, with brands like American Standard/Trane, Bosch & Carrier Represent the company professionally providing excellent customer service Enthusiastic team player, with an ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally Requirements Requirements: 3+ years of HVAC experience current driver's license Maine Gas License with Appliance Service Endorsement Journeyman Oil 1 & 2 up to 15 GPH License - preferred not required Ability, to climb, stand, walk & lift up to 75 lbs, and access construction sites Understand and read schematic drawings, engineering, and building plan Universal EPA certification required (NH Gas, MA Gas, MA Sheet Metal preferred) Highschool diploma or GED Benefits Benefits: Medical Dental Vision FSA and health reimbursement 401K Retirement plans Employee Stock Ownership PTO Paid Holidays Company provided Short & Long term Disability & AD&D Insurance Vehicle & gas card
